Print menu, flyer and decor in the outlet. - Do Breakage, Incentive, Tips, Overtime record, Inventory every month. - Collect and update databases through ResDiary, do daily report to manager. - Reply and send email to relation department and customers. - Maintain facilities in outlet, check and inform it to manager. - Take responsibility for keeping hygiene for the outlet.

Tracking the process of transfering uniforms and send to facilities in the province. - Doing recruitment process: sourcing, screening CV, scheduling interview and onboarding. - Register ngerprint and updating employees information on timekeeping system via Somac and Smartas. - Check employee's ID Card number on Google form and register tax code for new employee. - Track and update the organizational of department and ll an employee map. - Implement the 5S process for the offi ce, filling data and organize employee personal files. - Take responsibility for distributing uniforms, record number to file. Check stock of uniform to order. - Supporting team member prepare gift, create Google form to collect data and checklist before Job Fair. - List all stationery and make Purchasing Order. - Check and print information about reserved meeting rooms. - Classify employee profi les to the storage neatly by ID number. - Make phone call for exit interview, do the report to manager.
