Guest Service Agent or Guest Relation Officer or Receptionist
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff during your shift. -Ensure that all team members adhere to company policies and procedures. -Provide guidance and support to staff, including training new employees. -Assist with scheduling and assigning tasks to staff members. -Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. -Ensure that the coffee shop is clean, organized, and properly stocked at all times. -Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and concerns with professionalism and empathy. -Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers when necessary. -Relay orders to the kitchen and ensure that they are prepared promptly and accurately. -Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner during busy periods. -Process payments and operate cash registers as needed. -Conduct opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and securing the premises. -Assist with implementing promotional activities and special events. -Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and staff. -Communicate effectively with management and other team members.
