Graduated with a major in hotel management with 4 excellent semesters.
After 4 months in the position of bartender at Winebar LV23, I have learned many things to become a basic bartender. I have gained experience working in various outlets of the hotel, from Banquet to Cantonese Restaurant and The Lounge. And after all of that, I became a F&B attendant at Saigon Cafe, the all-day dining buffet restaurant on the first floor of Sheraton Saigon Grand Opera Hotel. At here over a year, I have gained a lot of experience and skills working in an all-day dining buffet restaurant with a capacity of over 300 guests. Furthermore, I have learned how to understand and empathize with others, especially in a challenging work environment with more than 50 staff members and various positions. Nevertheless, I still ensure the quality of work and responsibilities as an Attendant.
