Being a mature and responsible person, I am able to handle most problems effectively. I am flexible an adaptable, and can adjust to changing situations easily. To develop myself more completely, I am always keen to learn new things and build my knowledge. I am a friendly person who enjoys meeting new people and making new friends. I keep good relationships with friends and colleagues by being a caring person, who always looks after them when they are in trouble. In addition to that, I was trained for months at a five star hotel in Ha Noi ( French one, which is Metropole), 1 year as a receptionist at 5 Star Hilton Gardon Inn so I am used to the hospitality works and know how the group work runs well together.
