With almost 5 years of experience in the service industry and almost 2 years in the hospitality industry, having many opportunities to try out in many positions, I realise that I am truly passionate about the hotel service industry with a passion to meet, communicate, support and bring to customers what is best and the best quality as well as enhancing the value and quality of service, dedicated to the places that are and will do, I want to return to the reception position but in a larger environment, I am ready to challenge myself harder to be able to build skills, earn more experience and develop my career path in future.
