Throughout the past years, not only have I developed extensive experiences and unique skills to deliver exceptional guest services with a strong focus on operations management, but I’ve also ventured out to other aspects of hospitality, specializing in advanced IT solutions consultation that bring customers experiences to the next level as well as enhance hotels employees’ work efficiency.
