As a student in the food service industry , I want to learn and experience more and from there, I want to accumulate more working experience. And I look forward to working and dedicating to this place in the best possible way, sticking with my teammates for a long time and having the opportunity to be promoted in the future.
After 2 years of experience in food and beverage industry, I would like to develop myself into more advanced working environment such as high-end hotels and resorts. My most passionate about industry is with alcoholic beverage, specifically in Wine area, which I was highly trained through the time working in the past with wine pairing and wine consulting with customers. As a young and passionate candidate, I believe my knowledge and experience will bring me further in Food and Beverage Industry development and help me to become a crucial part in the department and company.
After starting school for 1 year, learning useful knowledge from teachers, I started to work at the restaurant, i can gaining practical experience and being able to apply the knowledge that I learned from Teachers taught me the work I was doing.

Setup everything in the beginning of the shift . Welcoming and sitting diners comfortably in the dining section . Serve food and drinks, up-sell special items in restaurant. . Memorizing the menu and recommend appetizers, meals and drinks from restaurant wine stock. Introduce restaurant promotion for guest, give menu, take care guest all the time their meal . Taking customer's food and drink orders. Setting tables and rearranging the dining area to accommodate larger groups and prepare the restaurant for special events . Learning about the wine , steak , how to up-sell for the customer.
Setting up, greeting guest, helping them find their seat and serve the food and drink throughout the event. Responsible for assisting with planing event, preparing and clening up the event and responding to question, speacial request. Supporting, serving food and beverage at Parkview and Black Vinager restaurant according to the hotel standards to bring satisfaction to all guest.
