I have over twenty-five years of experience in the hospitality industry, specializing in the Food & Beverage department. I have worked at various prestigious resorts, such as Victoria Phan Thiet Resort, Bamboo Village Resort, Sailing Bay Resort, Vinpearl Luxury Resort, and Alma Oasis Resort. In 2019, I served as the General Manager at Dalat Wonder Resort, and since March 2022, I have been working as the Food & Beverage Director at Ivory Resort in Hoa Binh Province. Most recently, I have been promoted to Operation Manager.
Additionally, I was part of the re-opening team for resorts such as Dalat Wonder and Radisson Phan Thiet Resort.
I am a dynamic and adaptable leader, who leads by example in management. With my extensive knowledge and experience in various management positions, I am confident that I meet the requirements for the position your company is looking for.
