Skilled Hotel Manager with more than ten years of experience in HR/Training and Hospitality industry, including working with various level of personnel in organizational behavior, big project management and 5-star hotel operation management.
-Supporting General Manager in management of the entire resort and on behalf of GM to execute operation of the whole resort when GM is absent/engaged, contribute to the efficient operation and performance of resort. -Coordinating and executing approved projects within the resort -Coordinating and executing internal audit and self-inspection to rectify the defects/mistakes and find the solutions to solve it. -Cross checking to control the operation, the standard compliance and the service quality of the departments (mainly Front Office, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Landscaping ) -On behalf of GM to deal with the customers when they have issues/complaints. -Coordinate with HO to make & review SOPs, policies, procedures & service standards for whole Vinpearl hotels/ resorts chain. Trainer/ Member of Vocational Evaluation Committee for Vinpearl hotels/ resorts.
-Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Front Office, Housekeeping, Recreation departments in an attentive, effective and friendly to bring the best experiences to valued guests while maximizing revenue and productivity, developing working environment for the staffs. -Daily checking to control the operation, the standard compliance and the service quality of Room Division (check in – check out process, inspect arrival rooms, inspect the cleanliness of public areas, etc.) -Strictly control Action Plan & approved budget and find the best way to maximize the revenue while minimize the expenses. -Coordinate with HO to make & review SOPs, policies, procedures & service standards for whole Vinpearl hotels/ resorts chain. Trainer/ Member of Vocational Evaluation Committee for Vinpearl hotels/ resorts. -Continuously improving working environment, taking care of the staffs via team building, internal activities. -Taking care of VIPs/ special guests.
-Leading a team of > 200 members. Overall responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of Mainland Front Office – check in & check out central of 6 resorts for the whole Vinpearl Island. Coordinate and monitor the operation of related departments to ensure fast process & guest satisfaction for 3000 - 5000 guests in - out per day. -Control the cash float/ income revenue of Mainland Front Office (for 6 resorts of Vinpearl Island) to ensure correct accounting, compliance & risk management. -Manage all the assets of the whole mainland area to ensure the quantity, quality, usage/ storage & utilize to minimize the expenses. -Control budget of the whole mainland area (Front Office, Engineering, Housekeeping, Landscaping ) to ensure minimum expenses. -Responsible for recruiting key members, training plan & supervising staffs. -Coordinate with HO to make & review SOPs, policies, procedures & service standards for whole Vinpearl hotels/ resorts chain. Trainer/ Member of Vocational Evaluation Committee for Vinpearl hotels/ resorts. -Leaders of the project Charter Flight from Moscow to Vinpearl Nha Trang (coordinate with Vinpearl Travel Russia). -Solve all pop up problems related to guest experience & operation costs.
-Performing as key coordinator between Business Owner (Sun Group/ SHG) and operating party (Accor/ Novotel) to ensure Owner’s objectives are being met, property is well safeguarded and the compliances of service quality as agreement. -Supervise and inspect overall hotel operation to ensure the compliances of the service quality. -Check & analyse daily reports regarding operation, revenue, OCC, ADR, … to provide timely feedback to Hotel Management. -Coordinate with HRD in recruiting key positions, training plan & approve manning/ payroll cost. -Coordinate with FC in reviewing operation budgets, monthly P&L report, inventories, assets management & solving financial issues. -Supervising, checking the hotel payments, labor contracts, controlling the expenses & Legal compliance. -Monitoring Event preparation & welcoming VIPs/ diplomatic guests.
-Responsible to oversee all aspects of resort operation to maximize GOP, ensure guest satisfaction and provide effective leadership to ensure employees productivity. -Managing the profitability of the resort, overseeing revenue targets and creating budgets for the whole resort & individual departments. -Forecast, Yield Management in order to maximize ADR & revenue. Strictly control all the costs to coincide with revenue to maximize GOP. -Personally greet and interact with customers with concept of creating Personalized environments. -Resolve all guest complaints & service recovery to ensure guest satisfaction. -Ensure the resort is well maintained to highest standards and implement efficient preventative maintenance program. -Responsible for recruiting key members, training plan & supervising staffs. -Coordinate with HO to make & review SOPs, policies, procedures & service standards. Ensure that all staffs are trained appropriately and comply to provide excellent Customer Services. -Establish and develop programs, performance & development goals to increase team engagement that are aligned with resort’s service philosophy & within approved budget. -Ensure the resort fully complies with relevant Government/ Local Authority regulations. -Present monthly reports to Owner, including accurate financial statements, guest comments and marketing activity reports.
