Assisted the owner in reviewing all the none gaming operations within the 5-star casino. Reviewed the existing manpower and adjusted the Organizational Charts for optimal productivity. Reviewed all the menus and adjusted the selling prices. Created a separate wine list for all the outlets. Reviewed the websites for all the restaurants and added photos of the dishes. Assisted the marketing team to optimize social media in promoting food and beverage and the events. Implemented a series of HR motivational practices such as employee of the month practice. Established and implemented procedures and processes for events, such as event orders and event P&L pro forma. Assisted HR in crafting an employee handbook. Developed CTR’s (Competency Training Record) for each of the outlets. Developed SOP’s (Standard Operating Procedures) for each of the outlets. Conducted a series of training for the restaurant staff and casino service staff. Implemented guest profile tracking procedures to record the likes and dislikes of high rollers.

Successfully led the pre-opening of a 214 room hotel in 2019, located at the beach front of Da Nang, Vietnam. In less than six months of operation, we have achieved the 4th position on tripadvisor out of 733 hotels in Da Nang, by having a guest centric culture. We have ended 2019 with an overall 89% occupancy. The hotel featured a lobby lounge coffee shop, an all day dining restaurant, a Japanese restaurant, meeting rooms, a 250 seat ballroom, a gym, a spa, an infinity roof top swimming pool surrounded by palm trees, a kids pool, a roof top coffee shop, and a roof top bar. The hotel also had one furnished apartment for families and long staying guests. All outlets will have direct access from the main entrance through panoramic elevators with the view of the Sea.
