I graduated with a good Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from Van Lang University. I am a forward-thinking person at work, I always want to develop myself in the fields that I have the opportunity to be exposed to. To meet the requirements of this position, I would like to highlight my qualifications and experience, which include: Former experiences: I worked as a trainee of Front Office Department at Le Méridien Saigon hotel, cooperate with other colleagues to complete guest check-in procedures, always greet all guests in a friendly, capture customer psychology and support as much as possible when needed. Beside that, i was a Hotel Market Development Intern at Vietnam Booking - a Travel Agent Company. I have learned about managing hotel partners' list and update hotel's price on the system. Personal skill: I can understand the diversified communication styles required while talking with customers and managers. I also know how to organize and manage time well.
