Multitasking, multi-environment, having 3 years work in F&B industry, specialy 2 years in Bartending, Knowing basicly about coffee, beer, cocktail, wine, detox, smoothie,... and having experience and knowledge in preservation and storage ingredients, drinks to decrease the cost, about weakness i need to improve English skills and update knowlegde about F&B more and more

-Mise en place, making sure everything in bar area always neat and tidy, clean and safety -Consluting the drink fit with requests of customers by using khowledge and experience about food and beverage -Resolved customer complaints in a professional and timely manner -Serving Coffee, Cooktails, Beer, Wine, Tea, Detox Juices, Smoothies,... according to standard of 4* hotel -Maintain the stock of fruits, beer, wine, ingredients... enough for the working shift -Checking and writing Daily Inventory, report with the manager -Support co-worker to serve customers
