- Ensure health & safety standards are followed via managing overall setup for the restaurant before service time; - Assign duties and schedule employee shifts including: manage time-off requests and handle last-minute absences; - Other ad-hoc tasks as requested by line manager.
- Implement organization-wide programs, promotions and marketing activities; - Be in charge of cinema servicing through managing part-time employees and building relationship with major business partners; - Respond effectively to customer requests to ensure prompt solution of issues; - Coordinate and support publicity activities such as press screening, PR events to achieve department/company targets.

- Plan, support, and execute communications and media actions across channels, with oversight of all digital including social media, website, and paid placements; - Creating and managing all marketing materials and collateral in line with brand direction; - Ensure execution of programs and campaigns to be consistent with strategy, campaign, and brand vision; - Support to coordinate marketing campaigns with key partners according to set goals and plans.
