Strive for the better growth and seek for solving problem in our society, explores my potential and provides me with the opportunity to enhance my talent • Self –built & operating a reputed mini resort, which struggling for the core value as an Ecology system – PhuQuoc Ecolodge, with a commitment in environmental sustainability. • Experience in managing café and restaurant and monitoring all food and beverage supplies as a well-known coffee shop’s owner in Ho Chi Minh city. • 10 years experience in hospitality industry at various and international environment. • Exceptional knowledge and passion about wine and spirit. Strenght : - Owning & building a mini resort from scratch by myself. Planning everything from budgeting, financing. As an entrepreneur, i am able to think & act as a business owner with deep care for all details relevant to daily operation. - I am able to learn innovative things & always striving to improve. - In 3 years of opening, the Ecolodge has been captivating guests from across the Globe. In the year of 2019, the Ecolodge hosted 1762 guests, mostly from Europe. We are rating 8.7 on most OTA network. Rate 4.5 on TripAdvisor as 5 out of 10 special lodge in PhuQuoc. Weakness : - Not experience in managing a big hotel with folowing international 5 star standard. - Not having admirable communication & guest handling skills - Not very excellent in financial management skills
