My name is Truong Giang, I'm 22 years old, I've just graduated from Falculty of Tourism and Travel Service Management, Hanoi Open University and I’m waiting for my school to send me my bachelor degree and international tour guide certification. During my time at school, I had the opportunities to do internships in 2 summer at Hotel Pan Pacific Hanoi and FLC Samson Beach & Golf Resort, in addition, I had lots of part-time jobs at many different companies at F&B industry, I also have 1 year of experience working as a local tour guide for foreigners at Crossing Vietnam Tour. I've accumulated a lot of experiences working in an international environment, I also have an international tour guide certificate and have TOEIC 880 certificate. Currently, I want to develop further in tourism industry as well as having more contact with tourists to improve my language and customer service skills.
