Sales Administrator May 2017 – Apr 2018 • Contact and support sales working with customer • Draft Banquet Event Order, Quotation, Service Contract, Contract, Liquidation. • Take in charge event beside sales. • Be reponsible for answering and receiving booking from customers. • Introduce and guide customers go sightseeing the bulding. • Input and updating data in internal manage system. • Check/Order Stationery & Office Supplies. • Update new menu to all departments. • Others assigned by Sales Leader.
Lavelle Blinds's orientation is becoming a part of Lavelle Living where is an interactive destination showcasing products available for touching and feeling combined with organizing performances, events, meeting to be cohesive architects, designers, friends. I was fortunate to contribute to Lavelle Blinds in the first steps of its establishment. Work with BOD to: • Support in Website Design, Launching Event, swatch samples, etc. • Develop Lavelle product ranges, price, service, guarantee policy based on market survey, material cost , SOPs and Forms … • Support initial sourcing. Work with Customer in Projects and Residence: • Work with client to get necessary information, in order to best advise which product is suitable for customer’s use. • Control the customer experience and responsible as the main contact with the customer regarding contacts, quotation, technical inquires, contract, handover, liquidation, etc. Monitor the progress of the project with production, ensuring that everything is on time. • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction. Continuously improve through feedback. • Provide weekly updates report to BOD. Report to Managing Director.
