Extremely motivated to constantly develop my skills and grow professionally in customer service, education, and management field.Extremely organized, reliable and responsive.Successful working in a team environment, as well as independently to ensure all assigned projects are finished on time. Unable to stop working until it's done is my biggest disadvantage.
I'm looking to grow in the hospitality and contribute to the band of the company. My expectation income is 500$-700$. I'm able to work on holiday and and special events but I look out to have 2 days off in a week (negotiable).
I worked as Event & Office Assistant and Customer Service Representative at the college during my study. Besides, I graduated at High Honor. I was a member of Hotel & Restaurant Management Association and Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society
• Builds and maintains brand loyalty and customer satisfaction, by providing corporate/hotels information, assistance, and accountability. • Identifies errors, provides immediate solution, and follows up on any problems that have occurred • Handles guest complaints, guest concerns, and escalations from reservation department.
