- Confirm all booking requests and respond to the client's questions/complaints by specified deadlines by emails and calls. - Work closely and be familiar with the main tasks of the relevant departments (Sales, Revenue, and Front Office, etc.) by performing daily tasks: tracking the payment of each booking, reviewing and updating back-up of bookings before arrival day, and reviewing room availability daily to maximize revenue. - Maintaining customer detailed information. - Take personal responsibility for driving upselling, and achieving revenue targets by months. - Disseminate product, promotion, and rate information.

- To receive work instructions from the head/information from customers, contact carriers or shipping agents to have perfect set of documents. - Complete the customs declaration documents. - Organize pick-up schedules as applicable for cargo. - Responsible for communication between customers/carriers to promptly delivery schedule. - Prepare reports daily/weekly/monthly.
