Attend Daily briefings and meetings outlets head to know the number and information of guests as instructed by EXC.Chef. Conduct cooking class – fishing and farm to table with guests. Ensure that all conducted trainings in food preparation, food testing, hygiene and grooming standards are related. Planning – Menu updated – Supervise meal for all host at Resort (Over 200 people)
Good implementation of dishes - menus - different types of parties under the supervision of the executive sous chef. Interact with management of other departments within areas of responsibility and develop solid working relationships with them. Checked and plan purchases according to warehouse systems using system software Join in new dishes - calculate the cost of food - train staff
OM Vegetarian Restaurant – Bakery Store Server Wedding style – Tour meals – Anniversary party Plan a variety of menus and arrange with different types of weddings Enforce strict health and hygiene standards.
Prepare menus in collaboration with colleagues Ensure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations Follow the guidance of the executive or sous chef and have input in new ways of presentation or dishes Help to maintain a climate of smooth and friendly cooperation. Make sure that the food is of good qualities – safety and hygiene at banquet Residence
Prepare ingredients that should be frequently available (vegetables, spices etc...) Put effort in optimizing the cooking process with attention to speed and quality
