This is the first hotel I have worked after I finished my course at CHM. The manager and all of colleagues supported me much so that I was more confident and got practical experiences. From the position of receptionist, I had opportunity of being a sale excutive( travel agent, corporation,...), taking part in housekeeping' tasks, learning basically about restaurant's operation, and then I became the supervisor of the front office. This advancement motived me more, made me more responsible and more industrious... This is reason why I am looking forward new environment, perhaps it will be more challenges, but I can improve myself and get more promotion...
