With 3 years of working in a 3-star hotel, I have worked in some roles in some departments such as Front Office, Sale& Marketing, Housekeeping,...; I have gained valuable experiences in interacting with customers and dealing with their problems, effectively working with others departments, and supporting as well as taking responsibility for my team... This is the first hotel I have worked after I finished my course at CHM. The manager and all of colleagues supported me much so that I was more confident and got practical experiences. From the position of receptionist, I had opportunity of being a sale excutive( travel agent, corporation,...), taking part in housekeeping' tasks, learning basically about restaurant's operation, and then I became the supervisor of the front office. This advancement motived me more, made me more responsible and more industrious... This is reason why I am looking forward new environment, perhaps it will be more challenges, but I can improve myself and get more promotion...
