I am a graduated hospitality student in Business and Hotel Management school in Switzerland, I am looking for a job in hospitality industry to gain more experiences especially in the field of Guest Relationships department, Front Office, Food and Beverage Service. I am able to bring positive mindsets and high determination to the groups. I am a very positive, enthusiastic and motivated person with an ability to work in every environment. I do believe that is most of the personality to become a professional manager. For me, I like talking, communicate with the guest. Searching about the guest's profile and arranging, introducing some special things for the guests. That's make me keep a good the relationship with the guest. If I have to choose where I belonged in the hotel, it will be in Guest Relationship department.
