In November 2019, I was named Host of the Month nomination, which helped me grow up with Six Senses Con Dao for about 4 years. Aside from that, the corporation promoted me every year.
During the time I was in charge night shift as a Night Manager, it helped me being strong in billing. It would aid me in dealing with guests who have billing issues during their stay, allowing me to properly assist them. Because I was the only one in charge of the night shift, I had to deal with any critical issues that arose during the night to make their stay enjoyable. Make sure the resort operation are still in order
As a Duty manager, I am the person in charge about operation for Front Office department when FOM and AFOM are absent. Coordination with the team to provide excellent services to the customer and dealing with the customer if there are any challenges. Supporting the team on guest service, especially I did lead the team achieved 86.1% LQA in last February. Supporting the team to audit E-VAT invoice and raising PR on MC. Last March, I had the opportunity to visit Six Senses Uluwatu in Bali. It's a great opportunity to learn more about how it works.
