- Proceed monthly timekeeping and payroll as prescribed. - Control time checking attendance, all kinds of leaves and other welfares for employees; - Keep track on employees' annual leave and compensatory leave. - Calculate payroll, make sure data correctly and payment on time. - Print and send payslip to Employees and answer Staff’s queries about payment; - Follow, handle and report works relating with Social, Health and Unemployment insurance, accident insurance PVI, health insurance Bao Viet - Make claims for insurance benefits for employees ( sick leave, maternity leave, workmen compensation, labor accident….) and follow up the payment for employees; - Follow all activities and procedure that relating with development Employees as probation time, labour contract, insurance, promotion , termination; - Respond to employees’ concerns relating to C&B policies and practices; - Make monthly HR report to Superior - Labor contract up date and makes report - Develop, deploy and control the implementation of labor regulations, regulations on reward and discipline. - Provide information and documents issued by Human Resources Department quickly and accurately, and respond questions about policies, regimes, benefits promptly and clearly to employees. - Inform the Social Security Office regarding the number of employees joining the social insurance, register and hand over health insurance cards to employees; proceed procedures for issuing social insurance books for new employees; close insurance books for employees retiring from the company. - Reconcile and finalize to settle monthly social insurance, health insurance and unemployment insurance with the Social Security Office. - Register PIT code and dependent's tax deduction for employees. - Draft labor contracts, official dispatches and proposals. - Classify, manage data, personnel files fully and scientifically.
