Receive reservations from TAs, OTAs, and Corporate; process and modify bookings on the SMILE system. Monitor and control room inventory. Guide reservation team on-site on how to sell and balance room inventory. Work with OTA/TA/Coporate partners about arrangement type of rooms as request and hotel inventory. Advise the Reservation team on-site to solve issues. Coordinate with Front Office Team & Sale Team and some Related Department to develop services and resolve some exceptional cases...
