· Front Office Manager for a hotel and service apartment of 159 rooms. Managed and lead the Front Office team, including the front desk and concierge desk, and lead a team with 3 Managers and approximately 17 associates. · Created schedules and monitored staffing levels according to business cycles. · Act as a MOD to observe the daily operation including Front Office, Security, Room Control, Housekeeping, Engineering, Site Inspection, and other function as assigned. · Reported directly to the Room Division Manager and General Manager. · Efficiently completed end-of-day reports, budgets, and the inventory balance. · Tracking customer feedback including long-term and short-term tenants by using the ORM tools to ensure standards are exceeded and tasks are completed following policy and procedure. · Work closely with the relevant HOD to execute Emergency and maintenance plans to ensure a smooth operation and guest experience.
