Responsibilities 1: Control and manage the Human Resources Department Receive requests from the Board of Directors on issues related to Human Resources. Responsibilities 5: Payroll Labor Processes and policies Participating in formulating policies and regulations on salary and bonus for employees in accordance with the law, company finance and labor market. Disseminate policies, income mechanism and capacity assessment process for each period. Ensure compliance with the system of procedures, regulations and timely improvement suggestions. Salary and benefits Summarize monthly salary expenses to report to BOM Ensure balance between salary costs and Company revenue. Prepare reports on personnel situation, allowances, allowances, salary ranges and related arisings for the Board of Directors. Personnel adjustment Reviewing decisions on appointment, dismissal, transfer, reward - discipline, salary adjustment and resignation.
