An Lam Retreats Saigon River is a five-star resort. During that time, I had experienced: Receiving calls and booking requests from customers. Consulting and providing information on room types, prices and accompanying services. Process booking information from customers, including entering complete and accurate data into the management system. Contact the customer to confirm and notify the successful booking. Perform payment procedures and send invoices to customers. Answer questions and handle arising problems related to booking. Update and track room availability and bookings daily. Perform other related tasks assigned by management. Total room night made: 325 night

Perform check-in and check-out procedures for guests. Receive reservations from the sales department and assign rooms for guests. Answer and forward incoming phone calls. Update customer information on property management system.
