I graduated from Van Hien University Ho Chi Minh City. While learning at school and working as a part-timer for a year at Lotte Hotel. Besides, I have 3 years of experience as a director in my coffee shop. I communicate well in English and Korean. I hope that my experience makes me a suitable candidate for this role. Although I don't have much experience as a reservation agent, I am confident that I have a lot of knowledge in the field of customer care.
