Novaland - Deploying IT solutions for Resort and Hotel real estate projects: • Second Home projects at Novaworld Phan Thiet & Ho Tram: The Tropicana, The Wonderland - Ngân Hiep 01, Habana Island - Ngan Hiep 02, Binh-An & Hoan-Vu. • In addition to traditional Second Home projects, my task is to focus on building solutions and deploying system infrastructure for the Operation Center to monitor the entire urban technical system of the Aqua City project. The operation center will monitor and issue technical alarms for the entire network of smart devices. From there, the technical team at the project can easily handle all the problems that occur • Besides, I was tasked with implementing smart urban solutions and improving the quality of life for urban residents in luxury projects at Aqua City project. With the smart home solution at Aqua City, it helps to change the quality of life and this is the solution chosen for high-class apartments, making life more comfortable and classier. Specifically: - Building and implementing multi-service telecommunications transmission infrastructure solutions for digital transformation, information security and online payment solutions. - Building and implementing a smart connection system solution manifested as a project owning a Wi-Fi network covering the entire urban area. Scope - Deploying smart security solutions for urban security monitoring and applying smart home technology features to the mansions and castles of this urban area.
