In 2020, I had done a graduation thesis, which its topic names “Solutions for Information and Communication Technology in marketing tourism in Ho Chi Minh City” and graduated with the best grade point average in the class. To have the opportunity to do this graduate thesis, I was in the top 2 students with the highest GPA of the major. It took me 3 months to research and complete the report. Through this study, I pointed out the successes in applying Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in tourism marketing in Ho Chi Minh City as well as its limitations, then I could offer solutions to improve the limitations when applying this ICT in tourism marketing in HCMC. In the summer of 2018, I studied abroad in Taiwan for a month for an exchange program at my university. After that, I used to participate in an internship at a restaurant, and it taught me some work and skills in restaurants. In that term, I had been trained in Hospitality Industry, including Accommodation, Food, and Beverage as well.

Aim to approach sustainable development in rural areas. Place of implementation is in Cau Ke District, Tra Vinh Province. Focus to sustainable development and friendly with nature and environmental protection. This will contribute to the maintenance of cultural and natural values in Vietnam and in Asia.

The ships run continuously throughout the years. ..For private charter, customers organize private parties and events on board, with the number of guests up to 200 people, such as, year-end and new-year party, birthday party, wedding anniversary, farewell party with individual and corporate clients like L'Oréal,... . Coordinating with crew and cruise logistics, collateral material design, permitting, production and distribution of signage/materials. . Communicating with customers via email or phone to answer questions about products or services; following up to schedule appointments with partner and clients to discuss product features and pricing options. . Identifying new products to add to those on offer. . Supporting Sales department with other administrative tasks such as managing and developing database. . Assisting the Managing Director/ CEO as requested.
