Report to Loss Prevention Manager and General Director • Be accountable for the security, fire safety and safety of the Property, its residents, visitors, employees, contractors and assets • Maintain full, true and accurate records associated with the complete function of the Security Department, be responsible for the operation, induction and training of all security staff • In conjunction with the Loss Prevention Manager, to implement and administer security loss control, key control, fire safety and safety procedures • Conduct investigations into matters relating to fire, accidents, physical injury, damage, threat, vehicle accident, disruption where theft/fraud/loss/injury/damage has occurred, suspected to have occurred or is likely to occur • Provide recommendations as regards security, fire safety and safety of the Property to the Loss Prevention Manager. • Regularly liaise with the various Departments - the object being directed towards the safe, secure, efficient and harmonious operation of the Property in conjunction with the function of the Security Department • Continually evaluate and provide recommendations to the Loss Prevention Manager for the improvement of security/fire safety procedures in the various departments, particularly as regards storage, key control, chemicals, personal security • Perform the role of supervisor to be responsible of the shift duty when Loss Prevention Manager is not available. • Be responsible of the day-to-day operation of the Security Department in the absence of the Security Manager • Perform other duties as assigned by the Management
