I have been in the customer service industry for several years and I believe I have gained plenty of applicable experience and transferable skills that will benefit the team in my duties. I fully understand how important it is to provide consistently exceptional service, to always follow the rules, procedures, and strict standards, and to work hard to be entirely representative of the company that has been built up over years of hard work and dedication.
What’s important in the workplace? - Being able to grow and fit in with the team is important to me in a working environment. - Meeting and greeting all guests upon arrival and departure - Providing information about amenities, areas, and services - Giving advice and guests on leisure activities and places to visit - Acting as a Butler for VIP guests - Listening and solving guest complaints, plus collecting guest feedback during their stay. Reason for leaving: To achieve professional development.
- Attending pre-flight meetings to understand each Flight Attendant’s duty and position during the flight - Checking the cabin section before taking-off, enforcing safety and security regulations - Greeting passengers as they board and exit the plane and helping them settle into their seats - Demonstrating the safety procedures professionally - Monitoring the cabin frequently throughout the flight - Providing in-flight services to ensure that airline passengers have a comfortable and smooth flying experience - Ensuring the satisfaction of passengers by answering questions and offering them assistance - Handling situations and incidents arising - Providing personalized assistance to passengers with special needs, such as people with disabilities, children, and the elderly - Staying calm and assisting passengers during emergencies - Producing written flight reports after completing a journey. Reason for leaving: To achieve professional development and career advancement.
- Acting as a bridge between NovaGroup and customers, helping customers better understand the mission, vision, and development orientation of the corporation - Taking care and supporting customers during the trip, anticipating customer needs to organize, and arranging appropriate service - Supporting VIPs, and B.O.D at essential events - Always presenting high standards on grooming and etiquette as a NovaGroup Ambassador - Building good relationships with customers, working with all relevant departments to ensure the client's satisfaction with the ultimate goal of generating transactions. Reason for leaving: Change in organizational structure.
