As a Guest Relations Officer and a GSA Cum Bellman (starting from April till now), I have had the opportunity to develop my skills in customer service, communication, and problem-solving. I have assisted guests with a variety of needs, ranging from checking in & out, handling luggages and restaurant or local acttraction recommendations to special requests and complaints. Through my experience, I have honed my ability to anticipate and address guest needs quickly and effectively, ensuring that they have a positive and memorable experience. Additionally, my role has allowed me to become familiar with the layout and amenities of the hotel, making me well-equipped to assist guests with directions and recommendations. I am confident that my experience as a GSA Cum Bellman and a Guest Relations Officer will allow me to seamlessly transition into a Bellman role, where I can provide exceptional service to guests and contribute to the overall success of the hotel.

Internaional Diving Instrutor tại Namaste Coral Park Phu Quoc

Working for almost a year at Namaste as a Diving Instructor has "upgraded" my swimming, rescue, water drowning first aid and public speaking skills. It has also trained me to communicate confidently in English, especially since there are many foreign customers who use the service here. This experience has given me the opportunity to hone my communication skills and build trust with customers. I believe that my experience here will be an excellent foundation for me to excel in the role that I am applying for, and to contribute to the development and provide an excellent experience for the customers of your Hotel/Resort.
