■ Learning & Development/ Training: - Organizing orientation & training classes for new interns. - Supporting Training Manager in orientation & training classes. ■ Recruitment: - Designing and posting recruitment announcements on recruiting websites & social networks. - Screening CVs & Cover letters of candidates. - Contacting candidates to inform interview schedules. - Preparing all needed documents for the interview and being a coordinator during the interview process. - Composing Job Descriptions. - Recruiting casual workers and interns according to the required quantity and each department's schedule as approval. - Inputting all information of candidates into the Recruitment Masterfile. ■ Compensation & Benefits: - Supporting new employees on their onboarding day. - Preparing birthday gifts for employees & rewarding for employees catching wild animals. - Conducting wage payments for casual workers. - Preparing allowance payments for interns. ■ Administration: - Managing Company and employees’ records. - Synthesizing Shuttle Bus & Duty Meal Registrations of all Departments. - Coordinating offerings at the Temple. - Requesting uniforms for employees. - Managing Staff House. - Designing & updating information on Staff Board at the canteen. - Conducting the procedures concerning recruiting Expats, including Approval for Immigration Letters for new recruited Expats & Approval for Work Permits. - Managing records and information related to Expats. - Making reports to Ministry Offices monthly and annually. - Coordinating in preparing documents for Ministry Offices audits. - Coordinating and holding programs and activities for employees in the resort. - Performing other tasks assigned by Human Resources Manager.
