I am interested in pursuing a career with a focus on Guest Experience Manager. I have acquired other skills along my journey, from Hotel Management in Switzerland to the super luxury, process driven Grand Hyatt in Dubai, Saigon Prince Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City. At recently, I hold a controlling as Restaurant Manager role at InterContinental Saigon Hotel. These include F&B customer service, guest relationship, hotel social media, PR and Sales & Marketing which I would be happy to explore. Particularly, I have great chance to discover myself as real estate environment with Service Excellence Development which I utilized my skill to contribute to company’s service statement and build up the service standard.
