I have experience working with Khanh Gia Investment and Trade Co., Ltd. as a building secretary & Sonata Residence as a receptionist. This position has given me skills to communicate and connect between residents and the building management board as well as flexible behavior in situations that suddenly occur in the building. Besides, I also have experience in the meticulous process of drafting rental contracts, also collecting the rental & electricity fee during my time working with this company.
