1st primary: Provide Guest experience that meets guest expectation • Ensuring daily tasks and checklists for all reservation colleagues are completed • Ensure all Reservation Agents are well trained and informed of all rates, promotions, and corporate programs • To reconfirm the next day correspondence regarding the correct information such as guests profile, flight details, room preference, date, room rates and any pre-arrange limousine airport pick-up, etc and send to Front desk and Concierge one if any change • Ensure the best selection for the guest and ensure revenue is maximized through upselling. • Fully knowledgeable about hotel guest rooms, rates, promotions, amenities, programs, hotel facilities and services. • 2nd primary: Supervisor the reservation team and training • To check the last night no-show and cancellation report • To train the Reservation Agent to handle the group bookings • Maintain a close and effective working relationship with all departments • Provide leadership, motivation, training, in Reservations Department • Book room reservation requests, enter rooming lists and update accurate information in the system. • Manage group reservations, constant communication with event planner and balancing inventory. • Supervise Reservation Services • Maintains a clean and organized work area. • All reservation modifications are updated on the property management system immediately and accurately in case of any changes. Other Responsibilities • To co-ordinate with Sales Department, Front Desk or others department. • Recommend property facilities and assist guest with information and special requested. • To operate the Reservations Department in case of the Reservations Manager on absent. • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by reservation Manager
