My name is Duc (Denny) Nguyen. I am currently a student studying a Bachelor of Business (International Hotel and Resort Management) at Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School. I strongly believe that my experience as Food and Beverage Attendant from the training course in our school and from a real experience within a 5-star restaurant makes me an ideal candidate for this position
Based on my current experience at BMIHMS, with all the professional experiences and knowledge about providing excellent services that aim to satisfy customers, I think I am will be a perfect match for the role. Setting up a fine dining restaurant is also one of my skills in addition to large and small banquet preparation and running. Moreover, during my current study, I have learned and worked as a bartender and a barista at BMIHMS where I have learned the importance of having a great sense of urgency and paying careful attention to the details. I am also able to use Micros POS in order to process orders and different payment types in the restaurant. In addition, I see myself as a fast learner, a hard worker, and a good team player. Being able to communicate with people at all levels as I am fluent in both English and Vietnamese. On the other hand, I have a great passion for Food and Beverage so it would be my honor. My goal is to seek a position in an upscale restaurant, hotel, or resort where knowledgeable service is valued for advancement is available.
