I have worked in the Hospitality since I graduated and experienced professional working environments (such as Six Senses ConDao resort,Muong Thanh Phu Quoc, Cassia Cottage Phu Quoc resort)especially in front office and reservation with hard working consistency and a knowledge-willing spirit,service orientation ,emotional intelligence ,experiences and skills in hospitality such as : reservation system , interaction with others, negotiation,upselling,problem solving, guest complaint handling .. Moreover,I have had a chance to sharpen continuously my essential skills for Guest relations & Reservation in 2 difficult years struggling with Covid- 19 from end of 2019-2022, which causing 80 percent hotels and resorts closed, The Palmy Phu Quoc resort still was among top-booked hotels in Phu Quoc which was fully booked in New Year of 2019,2020,2021,2022 and the summer of 2020,2021..Average hotel capacity for whole year of 2020 and 2021 is about 70%.Together, we are not only overcome 2 difficult years with Covid 19 but also could maximize our hotel revenue with the most guest satisfaction.
