I have a longstanding passion for the service industry, and I always ensure my customers come first. Their smiles and satisfaction motivate me daily in my chosen career. Today the service industry has become globalized and I want to keep learning and improving my skills. I have achieved the N2 Japanese Proficiency Test after years of training in Hiroshima. I am continuing to improve my language skills, as well as my interest in omotenashi (Japan’s spirit of hospitality). As a team player, I know that collaboration and communication are essential skills in succeeding in the hospitality industry. I have built my reputation by keeping open lines of communication with my colleagues from varying areas, so I can better understand their roles and the most effective ways to work with them. I have a high energy and a passion for fun – using positivity daily to make my workplace a pleasant place to be. This helps builds a convivial atmosphere for all.
