• Review the detailed budget plan to ensure that project implementations are in compliance with cost norms, financial guidlines, procedures and donnors’ regulations.
• Prepare payment vouchers and review supporting documents regarding to payments for the project activities ensuring accuracy and consistency of work.
• Monitor monthly expenditures based on work plans and budgets, ensure the figures are axact and correctly charged to appropriate budget line.
• Provide monthly financial reports on the budget and expense variance reports to project Field Finance Manager.

• Perform cross-functional risk assessment to effectively identify and assess priority risks of all components related to the reliability of the financial statements, the effectiveness of internal control system.
• Monthly audit operational procedures including Sale, Purchasing, Production, Labor and wage, Finance, Property and equipment management, IT security to detect and solve deficiencies and risks on all areas involved.
• Periodically check and review accounting transactions, operating practices, and documents related to financial reports, managerial reports to determine inherent risks of compliance and tax.
• Successfully coordinate with related departments and address audit findings to archive 100% of the completed objectives, with a follow-up result of 80% effectiveness.
• Participate in projects of management strategies to improve management effectiveness and efficiency including:
- Automate inventory and cost management
- Advanced Planning & Scheduling (APS) system
- Handle customer complaints timely and perfectly.

• Inventory management - reconcile between inventory per stock count and per book.
• Consolidate and analyze sales performance in different aspects including sales growth, distribution channels, category region, product group, sales targets, customer satisfaction to provide overview of monthly and quarterly sales effectiveness.
• Collect sales expenditure and perform financial report including budget spending report, variance analysis, operating expenses report.
• Perform Budget-To-Actual comparison report and highlight significant changes in cost to Chief Accountant and Financial Controller.
