Nature of Business
• Deliver excellent customer service, at all times
• Assist in keeping the hotel reception area clean and tidy, at all times
• Deal with all enquiries in a professional and courteous manner, in person, on the telephone or via e-mail
• Administer all reservations, cancellations and no-shows, in line with company policy

Nature of Business
Answering all guest telephone calls in accordance with the Luxury Collection Standards of excellence, taking accurate food and beverage orders from guests, answering any questions that guest may have regarding the Private Dining menu. Duties will include but are not limited to the following:
- Accept room service food and beverage orders from guests and enter into computer system
- Communicate special instructions to the kitchen and fellow co-workers as needed.
- Upsell room service orders and ensure all orders are expedited in a timely manner
- Print and close out all guest checks
- Ensure accurate deposit of all money collected during each shift.
- Assist with guest amenities, hospitality functions and Banquet Event Orders (BEO’s) as needed
- Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction
OTHER
Regular attendance in conformance with the standards, which may be established from time to time, is essential to the successful performance of this position. Employees with irregular attendance will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
Due to the cyclical nature of the hospitality industry, employees may be required to work varying schedules to reflect the business needs of the hotel. In addition, attendance at all scheduled training sessions and meetings is required.

"Financial freedom" was what haunted me throughout my life since I got awareness of money. It is also the purpose that I want to and will try to guide me in my career path. Everyone has a different definition of financial freedom. Personally, financial freedom is have a job, have enough heath to live with my friend and can help other people who there are less fortunate life.
And finally, creating conditions to learn and do some things I want while sitting in school is also one of the objectives planned in my own career.
