I have been graduated from Hoa Sen University - Restaurant Management and Gastronomy. With 3 years experience of customer-centric service in F&B field and taking part in some volunteer activities as well as organizing events, plus the advantage of working under pressure, teamwork and dealing with problems, I hope I could be a part of Company - a professional and wonderful place to work. - Implement Excel files of raw material conversion, convert to corresponding drinks and inventory circle count - Make monthly reports on material costs, weekly and monthly KPI reports - Place materials and equipments daily, weekly, monthly for the store - Arrange work schedule and assign work positions to full-time and part-time employees. - Training the working process for new hires in serving, bartending and cashier positions- Review complaints from customers and find solutions to improve the team better
- Main Barista - work as shifts - Prepare drinks for the customers based on their orders - Serve drinks to customers - Clean up the store and other tasks follow as Supervisor requires
- Set up backdrop, banner and check in for guests - Guide seats and support guest issues during the seminar - Prepare food and tea party for guests
