- Proficient use PMS system to create and adjust bookings from Travel Agent, Company Corporation as when as requested. - Able to deal with Agent about room availability even optimize revenue for Hotel. - Able to forecast and estimate occupancy status accordingly. Check availability to process block seri booking in future. - Daily make report revenue, occupancy to Heads department base through data. - Proficient skill to handle and resolve arise problems as when as guest request. - Responsibility to continuous follow date of payment and cut of date for booking accordingly. - Responsibility to sell in order to increase revenue at FIT segment.
OFFICE TASK: - Completely prepare and handle documentary as Leasing contract of resident, Quotation for Purchasing Request... Many things relevant to office task. - Support Accountant to manage bills of month, payment for guest. Assure clearly after guest check out. - Support Sale to answer requests from online booking, explain feedback when sale absence. - Report to Superior about Occupancy, Incidence. Handling and report the arising issues on duty. - Skills of paperwork: answer email, report, resident temporary, following quotation, event yearly. SERVICE TASK: - In charge of Guest Relations to make engagement, take care of guest in standard of International Hospitality. Always bring comfortable during guest stays at apartment. - Solve the problem in my responsibility or seek advice from Manager, give a best solution to make and follow guest satisfaction. - Ability offer the special rate, benefit to guest as well to welcome/ support guest stays at Accommodation. - Willing to support, answer requests of residents/ tenants when they have question inside building. - Supply accompany service to support guest during they stay. - Attend the monthly/ yearly activities as Meeting, Fire Drill, Labour Safety, Charity.

- Supervise, train the staff work according to standard of company. - Support colleagues and other department so that serve customer in best. - Make quotation, looking for vendor, prepare PR form to order, send to purchasing. - Making monthly bill for resident every end of month, follow up payment and send report to Accountant. - Responsible to handle problem on duty, solve and report to Manager. - Equip the knowledge about Emergency code in the building to participate in case. - Professional to handle paperwork, use multi of methods working. - Join training course is issued by Company from Singapore.
