- Sell room, conference, Food & Beverage and other hotel services - Assist guest and ensure their stays at the Hotel are comfortable and an experience to remember - Provide services and information to guest that is the most accurate and up to date possible, and is delivered to the guest in the most meaningful way. - Maintain a very good reputation for the Hotel and assist to increase the overall profitability of the Hotel - To receive reservation requests from customers - Determine the status is available or unavailable for the period of staying - Make reservation for guest on Hotel system (If customer agree), and Note the information or special request of guests has booked. - Send the identify ( Confirmation letter) the customer who has booked by fax or email - Booking reservation were stored and I contact the relevant hotel - Other administrative duties as required by DOSM

- Promote the hotel in my assigned and to achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company to update with the market. - Manage sales staff and reservation to ensure maximum revenue, promotional coverage and marketing opportunities are achieved - Make plan revenue with General manager annually - Manage the sales target & property budget - Coordinate with the General Manager for draws up the marketing Plan annually Comprising monthly, Sales & Marketing Highlight Summary of all segmentation, Sales Activities, Competitor Analysis, and Market Share Analysis. - Manage the establishment of schedules for my staff in an equitable manner and keep the attendance - Supervise & arrange daily schedule for the sales call plan for staff. - Meeting with my personnel at regular intervals for information purposes every week, every month. - Identify business potential and keep contact with former and potential clients through personal visits, phone calls and correspondence in view of entering into contracts with them - Accomplish goals in the marketing plan. - Ensure that the sales team meet clients requirement and that the client service offered corresponds effectively to their requests. - Work together with the sales & marketing team, sales promotions and packages. - Confirm verbal proposals in writing. - Maintain regular contacts with his/her clients and report any adverse comments to the management for rectification. - Be aware at all times of hotel special program/promotions and advertising schedule of it in order to deal knowledgeably with clients. - Develop and manage keys advertising and marketing campaigns from planning, execution and review - Manage the sales department in developing sale tools including presentation file, multimedia tools, etc. to ensure the most appropriate communication of the hotel - Lead the hotel photographic library development including preparing the brief, reviewing the shot set up, co-ordinate the shooting, and shot selection to ensure the highest quality images are used in all channels.
