I have spent almost 6 years in hospitality industry since my gratuation from Danang University of Foreign Languages. Working at 5 star hotel and resort (Naman Retreat and Park Regis Cocobay Danang) provides me a great chance to interact and communicate with many kinds of guests around the world. I have a clear vision in my career path, so I welcome the chance to work at your property. My objective is to secure a position with a stable and profitable organization, where I can be a member of a team and utilize my academic qualifications and practical experiences to the fullest.

Taking responsibility for managing the reception area and front desk operation. Welcoming VIP guests, delegations, loyal guests, long-term guests. Taking responsibility for recruiting, training and retraining of Front Office's personnel. Handling guest's inquiries and complaints if any and problems related to Front Office department. Making an efficient communication in department as well as with others department. Making professional working environment incompliance with company’s developing orientation.
Organizing, operating and supervising the operation of Front Office department. Being responsible for welcoming delegations and VIP guests. Training for new staff and retraining for current staff in the department. Motivating employee to up-sell products and services in order to hit the budget. Dealing with guest's requests or complaints if any. Building good relationships with staff in the department and teamwork with other departments.
Welcoming and making check-in/check-out procedure for guests. Consulting and up-selling hotel's products and services to maximize hotel's revenue. Providing resort’s inside and outside necessary information for guest as well as complying with guest's requests. Handling guest's complaint if any and reporting to the Front Office manager. Taking care guest well during their stay at the hotel and making sure to meeting their satisfaction. Collecting guest's feedback in order to enhance hotel service.
