In my studying in Bachelor of Hotel Management in Kyungdong University, I learn about several hotel industry fields such as Room Division including Front Office and Housekeeping, Food and Beverage, Event Management, Bar Management, Tour guiding, Casino Management, Service Quality Management, Facilities Design and so on. My GDA is 4.11/4.5 and therefore, get 100% scholarship from university during 4 years. In 29th November 2017, I received a Certificate of Recognition for my Scholastic Achievement for my good performance. Through studious and continuous learning, I gain basic knowledge and skills necessary in the hotel industry. I have experience and training on different fields, which, I believe, makes me equipped for any position. First, I have many industry exposure tours in Kensington Resort (Goseong, South Korea), Sol Beach Resort (Yangyang, South Korea), High 1 Resort (Gangwon, South Korea), Sun Cruise Resort (Jeongdongjin, South Korea), Lotte Chilsung Factory (Korean wine manufacturing factory), etc. These experience provides me knowledge and broader idea about industry setting. Secondly, I have a training on tour guiding. In 12th June 2017, I was the one of the organizers and tour guide for Business Administration students to Yongin Folk Village. I was in charge of assisting guests and supervising throughout the tour. Third, I was trained on Event Management. I along with my team held Hotel Management Day at Kyungdong University in 29th November 2017. My team planned and organized the whole the program such as activities, venue arrangement, budget and so on. During the event, I was responsible for controlling the whole flow of program, assisting guests and dealing with unexpected situations. Fourth, my training on Mixology in 7th December 2017 received good comments from my trainees.
