I am in charge as an Assistant Front Office Manager from April 2020 to Jun 2021 when our Front Office Manager stopped contract in the end of March 2020. - Assist Manager in daily front desk activities such as: Assign, Coordinate , Supervise, .. - Ensure work is completed to include: shift closing, room charge, room deposit, refund,... by staffs. - Train, and guide staffs to provide quality customer service. - Manage staffing schedules, shift change, payrolls. - Coach, evaluation, discipline and develop staffs. - Resolve guest issues, complaint and requirement to ensure guest satisfaction. - Schedule Front Desk meeting every week to identify and resolve operational issues.
