● Be responsible to the Owner for the business situation of the restaurant ● Quality customer service (customer care before and after using the service at the restaurant) ● Responsible for overall supervision, control, planning and coordination of all employee activities involved in serving food and beverages in the restaurant to ensure quality of service ● Responsible for the quality of the entire restaurant staffs: performance, employee stability, employee behavior, effectively establish relationships among colleagues, demonstrate professionalism with a good ethical and behavior attitude for all clients, supervisor, department heads and other staffs ● Management of property, equipment of the restaurant: weekly inspection, maintenance schedule, maintenance of all furniture, accessories and operating equipment, cleaning work… ● Prepare and manage the documents and administrative documents serving the restaurant, resolve worker procedures, training guidelines for integration ● Responsibility for effective recruitment, training and development, certification, performance evaluation, turnover reduction and optimization of productivity through efficient work practices and staff rostering ● Ensure all food and beverage items served to guests are of the highest standard and presentation is as per restaurant standards ● Review daily reports and inform all staffs of any changes ● Assign staff to their stations and inform any special requests such as VIP guests, regular guests… ● Analyze and respond to guest feedback, guest satisfaction and employee satisfaction information and give a positive commitment to continuous improvement of product and performance ● Implementation of restaurant promotion and special events
