I have more than 18 years working experience at Management level in Security Services line & operation and also Hotels & Resorts operations and more than 5 years in Banking and financial Institution line. I am responsible in establishing an Occupational Safety & Health (OSHA) committee, providing safety HIRRAC to all Hotel department, ensuring all the Hotel fire protection system in good condition and conducting Fire Life safety training to all staff. I have attended Marriott Global Safety & Security Loss Prevention Academy 2018 Bangkok, Thailand and 9th Annual Hotel Security Training Seminar by OSAC U.S Department of State, Bangkok, Thailand. In 2019 I had attended Loss Prevention Academy Marriott Global Safety & Security, Bali, Indonesia. I trained and coaching the Emergency Response Team (ERT) and Crisis Management Team (CMT) and frequently conducting emergency drill and also auditing the working Safety Hazard. I am also conducting investigation on any reporting incident or accident. As Pre-Opening Loss Prevention Manager with The Ritz-Carlton Residences Kuala Lumpur and also Pre-Opening Security & Safety Manager with Best Western Premier Ion Delemen Genting Highland, I have to established the Standard Operating Procedure for security department, preparing Operating Expenses budget, job description for Assistant Security Manager, Security Supervisor and security officer, Risks assessment for the hotel, coaching and training to Hotel staffs on Emergency action plan and Emergency response team. I have obtained knowledge of threat and risks assessment and identifying safety hazard. I have attended “Security Manager Program” course by Shangri-La Academy in Manila in 2014, International Shipping and Port Security Code (ISPS) and International Safety Management course and also currently holding a certificate of first responder life support (CPR, AED & First Aid Training). I have obtained a Diploma in Public Administration & Law from University Technology MARA (UITM) Malaysia in 1995. To provide security and safety to all staffs, guests and visitor within the perimeter of Hatten Hotel which includes hotel building area of 2 wings with 704 rooms, Grand Ballroom, meeting room, F&B outlets and recreation area. Responsible for preparing daily incident reports, requisitions and other inter office memos and ensure that all allegations of the crime and other incidents are investigated and properly recorded. Establish of Hotel Emergency Response Team and conduct training to ERT members. Prepare and update Crisis Management Plan for the hotel management. Conduct training to all HOD's on Crisis management plan. Develop and advise key personnel of emergency procedures Establish and update security Standard operating procedures, brief and train to all security officers including to essential staffs. Responsible for preparing daily incident reports, requisitions and other inter office memos and ensure that all allegations of the crime and other incidents are investigated and properly recorded. Conduct risks and threats assessment and submit to report to General Manager. Conduct investigation immediately upon received any crime report. Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnel. Ensure that all security staff provides services that are above and beyond for customer satisfaction Record and notify all risks, deviations from hotels safety standards and any untoward incidents. Monitor staff activity and coach subordinate performance Conduct regular mock fire evacuation drill as per the hotels emergencies standards
